Unlike all the other curries online for sale on Terza Luna, the Goa Curry is different from all the other Indian spice blends offered in our shop. The characteristic of this curry is that the spices that compose it are whole. In this way, depending on the curry recipes we are going to prepare, we can choose whether to grind them at the moment or leave the combination of whole spices and season directly with the Goa Curry our dish, without resorting to grinding or pounding the elements that compose it.

In the second case, we will be careful to insert the Goa Curry not at the end of cooking, as is done with most of the powdered spices we have online, but halfway through cooking, because they are more resistant. In addition to the advantage of better preserving the aroma, as the oriental spices will remain whole, the curry blend will also have a very pleasant and varied visual impact, which will positively surprise the diners. The taste of Goa Curry is not strong but rather sweet, because the amount of chili contained in the Goa spice blend is really minimal. We could define its aroma as halfway between sweet and spicy.
