• 50 gr of dark mustard seeds
• 50 gr of yellow mustard seeds
• 80 gr of apple cider vinegar
• 80 gr of water
• 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 30 gr of raw cane sugar

For the preparation of mustard start by soaking the mustard seeds in vinegar overnight. After the necessary time, blend the seeds with sugar, salt, and water until you get a creamy consistency. Finally, add the oil and mix until you get a homogeneous cream, the mustard.

Contraindications
