MATE DETOX HERBAL TEA

Perhaps you have already heard of mate.
It is a plant native to South America, consumed throughout the continent. For some time now, it has also become famous in Europe for its antioxidant and fat-burning properties. Mate contains mateine (an alkaloid similar to caffeine) and, being green, antioxidants.
An excellent combination for those who want to detoxify and give a boost to their metabolism!
Mate contains the same amount of caffeine as green tea.
We have found that mate consumed cold is a delight and here it is.

Great for making cold brew!
For cold brew (cold maceration), we recommend using 3-4 tablespoons of herbal tea for 1 liter of cold water. Put it in the fridge (without heating the water) and let it macerate for a variable time between 3 and 8 hours.
