SPRING DETOX

Let's detox and welcome Spring together!

From April 19th to 25th we will prepare our body to welcome the beautiful season with the precious help of our plant friends.

We will be guided in the transition between the New Moon and the Full Moon by the detoxifying herbs Nettle, Dandelion, Juniper, Gentian, and Boldo.

Furthermore, we will discover two new powerful botanicals:

• Shatavari, "the seed behind all nourishment and creativity" according to Ayurveda
• Guayusa, a sacred tree native to the Amazon Rainforest that we will bring directly from Ecuador for you!

News: we will also dedicate ourselves to body detox with two relaxing Herbal Baths. If you don't have a bathtub, don't worry, because we will give you tips on how to enjoy the potential of Nature even in the shower!

How will the purification process work?

During the week from April 19th to 25th, we will give you indications on how to eat healthily, it's not about not eating, no worries!
Simply, these will be indications to follow a natural diet that will favor the purification process.
At the same time, we will work and get to know through the use of herbal teas 5 detoxifying plants:

• Nettle
• Juniper
• Dandelion
• Boldo
• Gentian

In addition, every morning we will start the day with Guayusa, an exceptional plant with markedly energetic properties widely used in Ecuador and that we are bringing with us on this journey to South America.
Every evening, instead, we will pamper ourselves with Shatavari, an adaptogenic Indian plant that provides nourishment after the winter fatigue, slightly relaxing.
